3/4 cup coconut, grated
3 cups fern leaves, blanched, drained
2 tomatoes, sliced
Salt to taste
Dash of Sugar
* Arrange fern leaves on a platter.
* Roast grated coconut seasoned with salt and a dash of sugar.
* Sprinkle on fern leaves.
* Garnish with tomatoes.
