Vegetable Cheese

3 containers cauliflower florets

3 containers broccoli florets

3 tbsp spread

2 tbsp flour

1 container milk

1/2 container cheddar or curds, ground

* Steam cauliflower and broccoli until half delicate. Orchestrate in platter.

* Melt spread in container over low flame.

* Add flour and blend for 1 minute.

* Gradually include milk and blend until sauce bubbles and thickens.

* Turn off warmth and blend in cheddar until liquefied.

* Pour over cauliflower and broccoli.

* Serve hot.
