Okra Tempura

18 pieces okra, whitened

3 eggs, beaten

3 glasses water

Vegetable oil

Salt to taste

* Season beaten eggs with salt. Put aside.

* Boil okra in water until delicate. Channel.

* Press okra with fork and plunge in beaten eggs.

* Fry until brilliant darker.

* Serve hot with tomatoes or catsup.
